We recommend conference attendees stay at The Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim as this is the location of all conference events. Participants can check in Sunday, July 9 and check out Wednesday, July 12.
Our special rate is $269 per night. Rooms at our rate can be reserved for up to two nights prior and post conference (upon availability) if you wish to extend your stay in Anaheim. This is an incredible rate as rooms at The Disneyland Hotel typically go for upwards of $300 per night and this is the busiest time of the year for the Anaheim Resort District. For guests of the Disneyland Hotel, discount park tickets can be purchased within the 60 days prior to the conference. Once at the conference, regular ticket prices apply.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind that if you wish to stay in any of the Katella Ave, S Harbor Blvd, or W Ball St. hotels you cannot travel through Disneyland Park to access the Disneyland Hotel (see maps above) and will have to drive or walk around the entire park complex or through Downtown Disney (see Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suites example above). Due to often high summer temperatures in Orange County you may not want to walk from another hotel to the conference.
